School Board elections are held every two year at the Great River Education Center. Two members are elected in even numbered years and the other three are elected in odd numbered years. There are a total of five members on the board. Surveys are sent out to all constituents of GREC and names of people interested in serving on the board are solicited. All names are placed on a ballot. The people receiving the most votes are elected to the board.
Board members are elected to a two year term. Board elections are held in November and the new board members take their seats in November. Board Meetings are the third Monday of each month. These personnel also serve on the board committees.
